| | Did I mention that I went to a company paid health check two weeks ago? Well, the report just came in yesterday. And guess what, I have high cholesterol. For a skinny guy like me, it's really hard to imagine. Now I just remember that I still have a big can of oat meal sitting in my kitchen cabinet. Actually, this is not news to me, as the previous health check also revealed this truth. So, after stop having the oat meal for couple of months, I need to be back on the healthy diet. I do not hate the taste of it, just that sometimes I am just too lazy to cook it in the morning. Especially during the summer, I really do not want to have a hot breakfast.
The health check process did have a surprise, BALLS CHECK! The worst part is... ANAL PROBE. I had no idea that it was coming. Man... if I knew there was this portion, I will definitely not go. But I am glad that I did go. Not that I enjoy those two particular unmentionable process, but it is a reminder for me to eat and live healthier. I need to do more work out. WII SPORTS here I come! And also I will be getting you, WII Fit!
